At Restored we strive to help you keep your finances under control with an integrated credit card processing, automated paperless bookkeeping system corresponding directly to your email and client portal. Our system keeps information safe and allows clients, parents or third-party billing contacts make payments directly from their online client portal. Clients that prefer to pay with check or cash may do so, however, exact cash amounts are requested with excess monies being applied to the account as a credit.
Our therapists are credentialed with several major insurance companies and can offer private pay for those individuals that do not have insurance. We advise that you contact your insurance provider directly to determine what your out of pocket fee will be. Billing codes we use are CPT 90791 for intakes ($180) and CPT 90837, 90847, 90834 ($150).
Couples Counseling
Restored Counseling services offers a complimentary 15-minute consultation to help determine whether couples counseling may be eligible for billing through your insurance.
Insurance typically does not cover marital or relational counseling because it does not meet criterial for medical necessity. While some plans may cover Family Psychotherapy (CPT Code 90847), this requires an identified client with a diagnosable mental health condition, which differs from relationship-focused counseling.
During your consultation, we will discuss your situation to determine whether insurance billing is likely based on a potential diagnosis or whether alternative options may be more appropriate. These options may include private pay, HSA/FSA funds, or individual therapy billed through insurance if a qualified mental health diagnosis applies.
